The correct size is TX, i was told snap on will snap off
The ladder back can not be replaced. It really does not matter what tool you use or make. What matters is how you release the torque. If your good your good if not your screwed. Sorry to sound so blunt but if you do not loosen the bolts correctly your going to be eating a %%%%$ sandwich.
Broke the ladder bolts free one at a time and re-tightened them to account for the release sequence . Do not like the taste of a %%%%$ sandwich no matter whats on it.
